Forth Valley College, Falkirk
This state-of-the-art facility at Forth Valley College designed by architects Keppie Design provides the headquarters for the College and offers 21st-century learning environments.
The campus is focusing on Science and Engineering with advanced level courses in Business, Computing, Construction, Sport, Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Healthcare and Early Years.
DorSuite were appointed by Balfour Beatty to manufacture and project managed the 500no doorset, ironmongery and screen package. This included Armoform Encapsulated doorsets, Armolam HPL Laminate doorsets with oak lippings and oak glazing beads.
DorSuite also fitted Valchromat panels to the Type Q doors to match the wall panelling and specified and supplied a compliant ironmongery package including an electromagnetic locking system for the project.
