Project Management
Once an order is received, the project is formally handed over from sales to Project management, where the allocated project manager will review the quotes, supporting information and order and will then communicate directly with the project team, to ensure that we have all the necessary information to be able to going into manufacture. The Project Manager will be the single point of contact for the order and will see the project through from handover, RFI, scheduling, supporting Drawings, manufacture, delivery and completion.
Manufacturing
We have more than 180,000 sq ft of manufacturing footprint across 3 factories, producing 900+ door sets per week. We have multiple Presses, edge banders, moulders, CNCs, UV Lacquer lines, and can offer State-of-the-art spray finishes, stains and tints. We have a High-volume through feed press line and Integrated timber mill allowing end-to-end material control.
Specification and Drawing Review
We can provide assistance to the design team on any Projects by helping to develop the Door set and Ironmongery specification and schedules which will be fully compliant for both Fire and Acoustic requirements and also to the relevant building Regulations i.e. BS8300, Doc M, The Equality Act (Ex DDA) etc, and provide supporting technical drawings and details. We are happy to offer this free of charge service to support our supply chain partners where necessary, however we are not Architects/designers and therefore do not take on design liability.
